Sushi and Sashimi

We specialize in sashimi-grade fish. Every week from Wednesday thru Friday we offer authentic Japanese sushi as well as sashimi trays. Our superior methodology allows us to offer the best take-home sushi in Charlottesville. Our sashimi trays contain about 5-8 ounces of fish, or about two servings. At home, the fish can then be sliced into bite-sized pieces for a sashimi or sushi dish. For example, when you order one tuna tray, you'll receive a rectangular piece of tuna weighing about 5-8 ounces. Because it is well-trimmed and from the prime part of the fish, the price will be more than with our usual fillet portions.
